John Jarvis

Managing Director – founded PP in 2008

With over 30 years’ experience in the housebuilder sector as Sales Director and Managing Director, John was the founder of Property Perspective. He is very proud of his team and the achievements of the company.

Samantha Nkomo

Receptionist

Samantha is a former business owner, having gained invaluable organisation skills – which is pivotal in the reception role at Property Perspective. You will be sure to hear Samantha friendly voice when you call the office!

Lee Revill

Business Development Director

Lee has risen through the ranks at Property Perspective to become the Business Development Director.

Molly Kennedy

Account Manager

Having gained valuable transferable skills as Assistant Business Manager, Molly has joined our growing company as Account Manager to serve the additional housebuilder clients we have now secured.

Andrew Demain

Account Director, Yorkshire – joined PP in 2010

Andrew has over 20 years’ experience in the housebuilding industry, working at Sales Director and Managing Director level.

Karen Bury

Sales Director – joined PP in 2016

Having joined Property Perspective in 2016 as an Account Manager, Karen has successfully adapted her sales and negotiating skills acquired in the car sales industry. She now manages our team of Account Managers and their Assistants, runs regular training sessions with the team and drives sales through to completion to hit our client’s targets.
