​Working alongside your chosen Housebuilder, we will support you throughout the sale of your existing home ensuring a smooth transaction into your new one.

​Your dedicated Account Manager will guide you throughout the process:

Step One: Getting Started

Once you have chosen your new home, an application form will be submitted to us as the Housebuilder’s trusted partner for either Part Exchange or Assisted Move.

Step Two: Property Valuation

We will arrange for one of our Valuers to visit your property, take full marketing photos and carry out thorough market research. Subject to availability, all valuations will be completed within the same working week.

Step Three: Going Live

Once you are happy with the marketing figures we will arrange for your property to be placed on the market.

Step Four: Managing the Sale

We will arrange all viewings of your property and will liaise with all parties to agree on offers, timescales and moving dates, keeping everything on track.
