Property Perspective has begun selling 24 private sale new homes at The Depot in Whalley Range, Manchester on behalf of Rowlinson.

The Altrincham-based company has been appointed by Rowlinson to market the three and four-bedroom houses on part of the former Stagecoach site that fronts onto Princess Parkway, one of the main routes into Manchester city centre.

There are 18 three-bedroom properties from £269,950 and six larger four-bedroom family homes from £299,950.

It’s Property Perspective’s second project with Rowlinson, having previously worked with them on the 50-property M8 North scheme in Cheetham Hill.

The 24 homes being sold by Property Perspective form part of a much larger 218 property scheme that sees Rowlinson working alongside build-to-rent developer Rise Homes and local housing provider Mosscare St Vincent’s Housing Group.  The wider project will include apartments and houses with a mix of tenures, including shared ownership, and later living accommodation.

John Jarvis, managing director of Property Perspective, says: “We’re pleased to be working with Rowlinson again and look forward to finding homeowners for the private sale element of this scheme.

“The Depot will provide fantastic family homes with a mixture of three-bedroom townhouses and four-bedroom detached houses on offer. All the homes are both sustainable and environmentally efficient and will include open-plan living spaces and high-specification kitchens.”
