Our account management team has 20 years’ combined experience under the Property Perspective brand; our valuers have almost 70 years’ industry experience between them; and our managing director John Jarvis now has 39 years’ property experience, having worked directly in the new homes sector for 26 years – from sales negotiator through sales management to managing director - until he founded Property Perspective in 2007.

Having started out as a one-man band, Property Perspective now employs 22 full-time staff and manages 27 regional housebuilders.  Year-on-year the business has grown to a point where we are now targeting 650 completions for our most recent financial year.

Our regional valuers understand their local markets and keep on top of any price fluctuations, activity and influences. Their appraisal reports are detailed, accurate and delivered quickly.
