Our latest coronavirus update

Following Government advice that estate agents in England* can reopen and property viewings can now be carried out, we are currently reviewing how we can resume operations in a safe and controlled way.

Our first priority is to unlock the 180 sales we have progressing to enable these transactions to complete and allow the families to move.

In summary, we will commence viewings whilst adhering to safe social distancing guidelines and taking a common sense approach.  We have had over 150 viewing requests during lockdown (35 in the last seven days), which shows good levels of demand. Viewings on occupied properties will not be attended by Property Perspective staff to reduce risk.

Valuations will commence from Monday, May 18.

We have begun to un-furlough some staff, who will continue to work remotely where possible and will only attend the office when necessary and on a rota basis.  Any visits to our offices will be by appointment only with strict social distancing measures applied.

As ever, our priority is to maintain the health and safety of all our clients, customers and colleagues.

Contact - Our main telephone number is still being answered during office hours and all e-mails are being dealt with and responded to. If you have any questions, please email your usual Account Manager in the first instance, but copy in enquiries@thepropertypersective.co.uk. This may help to ensure a faster reply.

Homebuilder clients with any new customer applications should continue to send them to our valuations inbox.

Kind Regards

John & the team at Property Perspective
